This includes everything from creative talent through to animation and programming wizards, ensuring that our projects are built of the best available team members who can deliver everything from content for ‘AAA’ video games through to hit TV shows.

Heading up a dedicated team of four talented recruitment specialists, Ethan is in the unique position of drawing from a pool of global talent built up throughout REALTIME’s 26 year history, even in a challenging market.

Michael Dickinson

Mike joined REALTIME in the Spring of 2022 as a Senior Producer for Automotive, with over 12 years of experience producing media for various sectors including medical, tourism, technology, music and film. Mike has overseen the production of VR surgical experiences, AR installations, music videos, live event streaming and experiential product launches.

Sam Taylor

With 10+ years experience in the industry, Sam started his career at REALTIME working on a range of game trailers, cinematics, and advertising projects. A passion for technical problem solving and knowledge sharing led him to join the lecturing team at the University of Bolton to help establish the technical areas of their VFX and Animation degree course and bring Houdini into their pipeline. During his seven years at Bolton, he continued to work as a freelance Generalist, most often for Screenclay FX on some of their film and TV projects. His experience has seen him take on roles including Generalist, FX Artist, Cloth TD, Texture, Shader and Look Dev Artist, Lead 3D Artist, CG Supervisor, Environment Asset Build and Layout and 3D Asset Technical Build.

Sam returned to REALTIME in the position of Head of Skills and Development, where he will work to establish a training scheme to help new graduates get their first job in the industry.
