Annie Shaw

Annie joined REALTIME from MPC, where she was Head of Virtual Production. She has a broad range of experience in producing Virtual Production and VFX projects across film, TV, game cinematics, and trailers. 


Her roles have seen her work at studios including Rebellion, where she was a VFX Producer, and Audiomotion as Production Manager. She launched her career at Andy Serkis’ Imaginarium, known for pushing boundaries in performance and motion capture. As Executive Producer, Annie supports the growth of virtual production projects across the studio’s Games, Episodic and Automotive divisions. 

Ethan Clark

Ethan has vast experience recruiting across the Games and Visual Effects worlds, creating global bespoke searches for the most in-demand talent.

This includes everything from creative talent through to animation and programming wizards, ensuring that our projects are built of the best available team members who can deliver everything from content for ‘AAA’ video games through to hit TV shows.

Heading up a dedicated team of four talented recruitment specialists, Ethan is in the unique position of drawing from a pool of global talent built up throughout REALTIME’s 26 year history, even in a challenging market.

Michael Dickinson

Mike joined REALTIME in the Spring of 2022 as a Senior Producer for Automotive, with over 12 years of experience producing media for various sectors including medical, tourism, technology, music and film. Mike has overseen the production of VR surgical experiences, AR installations, music videos, live event streaming and experiential product launches.
